America 250: Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in participating in America250: A Star-Spangled Jubilee as a vendor. We would love to have you join us on Saturday July 4th in Downtown Palestine, TX.

We are particularly interested in vendors offering handmade, homemade, and locally crafted goods that capture the all-American spirit. We will review all vendor applications and notify you of next steps if you are selected.
Event Details:
July 3, 2026: 4PM-10PM, 5300 TX-256 Loop
July 4, 2026: 10AM-2PM, Old Town Palestine
Participation Fee
Early Bird (April 14 - May 31): $75
After May 31: $125
You will be responsible for all your own setup and tear down. No electricity or water will be provided. Spaces will be assigned on a first come-first served basis for those selected.

A 10 x 10 space will be provided. Spaces will NOT have electric or water provided, quiet generators are allowed. The event will be from 10am-2pm, you may begin setting up at 8AM on July 4.
Vendors will be dispersed throughout the festival area. You may use a tent and table if desired, but those items will not be provided for you. If you have any questions, please reach out to Cassie Ham at Visit Palestine, 903.723.3053.
