Managers, Supervisors, Business leaders - join us in this 1 day training session with 3 important topics to your workplace team, recruiting, and employee retention.

9:00- 10:30 a.m. Part 1: Understanding Your Leadership Style and How it Impacts Your Team

You have a leadership style and thanks to years of research, we can predict how your style impacts those around you. In this workshop, we will learn about four basic styles, determine which style fits you, and learn how to improve relationships with everyone on your team. As the session continues, you will see how your leadership style is impacting hiring and retention!

10:45pm - Noon Part 2: Right Person, Right Time Having the right people on the team is critical to organizational growth and success.

We will discuss best practices for finding the right people and successfully adding them to your team. We will consider new strategies for recruiting candidates and leave with ideas that will work for you. We will also discuss tips for knowing who to interview, how to ask the right questions in the interview, and the impact of onboarding on retention.

12:45pm - 2:00pm Part 3: Retaining Employees-Strategies that Work

Why do employees stay? Why do employees leave? What can leaders do to retain employees? We will discuss the most important factors in creating loyal employees committed to your organization. We will discuss your onboarding process. We will learn the secret of motivation and how to use that secret to keep employees happy and engaged. You will leave knowing what you can do to slow down that revolving door.
