Housed on the ground floor of the historic Redlands Hotel, The Gallery at the Redlands is downtown Palestine, TX's destination for fine art and interior design finds. The gallery's collection spans estate art, original paintings, limited edition prints, and contemporary watercolors, alongside home decor pieces like chandeliers, hand blown glass, and bronze sculptures. Visitors will also find work by featured local artist David Tripp.
Now under the ownership of Jean Mollard, Debra Walston, and Harold Sumrall, the gallery reopened in late 2024 following a renovation. Mollard, who also owns the Redlands Hotel, founded Palestine's Art Tracks program, a juried outdoor sculpture display along Main Street, while Walston is a glass artist whose own work is featured in the gallery and Sumrall brings decades of experience as an art collector.
